The agreement between you and Colorfy when you use the extension or subscribe to Colorfy Pro.

In short. Colorfy is free to use and always will be for hand-picking colours. Pro is an optional monthly subscription you can cancel at any time, refundable within 14 days. The extension changes how pages look in your own browser; it does not change any website, and it comes with no warranty.
Colorfy is developed and operated by Nikola Mandić, an individual based in the Republic of Serbia, trading as Colorfy. Contact: colorfy.application@gmail.com.
Where Colorfy Pro is sold, the seller of record is Paddle.com Market Ltd, which handles the payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax. Your purchase contract for the subscription is with Paddle; your use of the extension is governed by these terms.
Colorfy is a browser extension that changes how web pages are displayed in your own browser. It does not modify any website, does not affect what anyone else sees, and stores your choices locally on your device.
You may install and use Colorfy on as many of your own browsers as you like. You may not resell it, redistribute modified copies as your own, or use it to circumvent the access controls of any website.

The daily generation limit on Pro exists to prevent automated abuse, not to ration normal use. It is far above what any ordinary use reaches.
Pro is not currently available for purchase. These terms are published ahead of it so they can be read before anyone is asked to pay.
Colorfy Pro, once available, is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. The price is shown before you buy and will not change for an active subscription without notice to you beforehand.
You may cancel at any time, through the link on your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not cut short.
If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it over a short period. Pro remains active during those retries and for a short grace period afterwards, rather than being switched off immediately.
A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Requests go through Paddle at paddle.net rather than through us. The full policy is on the refunds page.
Colorfy's colour picking, saved styles and built-in themes work entirely on your device and do not need a connection.
Generating a theme from your own description sends your prompt to a server we operate, which passes it to a third-party AI provider. That feature therefore depends on services outside our control and may be slow, unavailable, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of it, and a temporary outage is not grounds for a refund beyond the 14-day window — though if a fault on our side leaves Pro unusable for a meaningful period, contact us and we will put it right.
We may change, improve or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what Pro provides, active subscribers will be told before it takes effect.
What Colorfy stores and what it sends is described in full in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: your colours and settings stay on your device, and the only thing ever transmitted is a theme description you type, the page title, and a random identifier — and only at the moment you ask for a theme.
Do not use Colorfy to break the law, to interfere with a website's operation, or to attempt to bypass the usage limits described above — for example by automating requests or minting identifiers to obtain more free generations. We may suspend a subscription that is being used this way, with a refund of any unused portion.
Colorfy is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will work with every website, that it will be free of errors, or that it will suit any particular purpose. Web pages vary enormously and some will not recolour cleanly.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Colorfy is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will tell subscribers before it takes effect, and you may cancel if you do not accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the Colorfy extension.
This does not reduce your rights as a consumer. Colorfy Pro is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as seller of record, so the purchase contract itself is with Paddle and is governed by Paddle's own terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or anywhere else whose law grants you mandatory protections, you keep those protections in full, whatever this section says.
