How to get your money back if Colorfy Pro isn't what you wanted.
Last updated: 21 September 2026
14 days, no questions asked. If you are not happy with Colorfy Pro for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you will get your money back in full. You do not have to explain why.
Colorfy Pro is sold by Paddle, who handle payments and refunds. You do not need to contact us first — go to paddle.net, find your purchase using the email address you bought with, and request a refund there. The link on the receipt Paddle emailed you goes to the same place.
Once a refund is issued, Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 working days.
If Paddle cannot resolve it, or something about your request falls outside their process, email colorfy.application@gmail.com and we will sort it out with them. Within the 14 days, our answer is yes.
When a refund is issued, the Pro features stop and your account returns to the free tier. Nothing you made is deleted: your colours, styles and themes are stored on your own device and stay exactly as they are. Themes beyond the free one-site limit remain in place; you simply cannot theme further sites until you subscribe again.
Colorfy Pro is a monthly subscription, so the most you are ever committed to is the month you are in. You can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. Cancelling does not cut the current period short — Pro stays active until the period you have paid for ends.
We do not routinely refund periods that have already been used. If something went wrong on our side — a fault that left Pro unusable for a meaningful stretch — get in touch and we will sort it out. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This policy meets that right and does not replace it. Nothing here removes any protection the law gives you.
Colorfy Pro is sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment, invoicing, tax, customer service and refunds. Your receipt, your subscription management link, and the refund request form all come from Paddle rather than from us.
Paddle assesses refund requests under their own refund policy and can approve, partially approve or decline one. The 14-day promise above is ours, so in the rare case Paddle declines a request that falls inside it, email us and we will instruct them to refund you.
